Vegetable Production in Egypt

Egypt DVDs

Three DVDs provide “virtual field trip” experiences of modern facilities producing greenhouse peppers, field tomatoes, and tissue culture strawberries and bananas on arid land without leaving the classroom. Filmed in on location in Egypt, the series highlights crop production from seed to harvest, market niches, quality control, specialized production equipment, worker training, and basic business principles of several companies.

* Filmed in Arabic with English subtitles
* Great for active engagement in undergraduate classrooms
* Useful for basic training of employees for vegetable producers in arid climates.

The three DVDs in the series, Greenhouse Pepper Production in Egypt, Tomato Production in Egypt, and An Introduction to Tissue Culture, are also sold separately.

The DVDs are available both in NTCS-format for DVD players in the U.S. and in PAL format, used in many parts of the world.
